About this Item
All to often these days the employer treats his Employees with total disrespect and will terminate them
for any reason since they are At Will Employees and treated as such.
To add to the misbehavior they will then fight against the former employee getting his/her unemployment benefits
In this situation if you are denied benefits you can appeal and you should have an attorney represent you at the appeals hearing
I have represented many former employees in these hearings in Massachusetts. I would be most happy to discuss representing you in these hearings and my win ratio.
