Position Title: Telecommunication Network Administrator

Position Objective: To provide call center telecommunications, network and system application support to end users at company and client sites. Also provides system administrative support and interfaces directly with vendors and clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions by % of Time:

55% Support to End-Users
? Administer and manage call center and telephony infrastructure and services.
? Manage and administer call center applications, i.e. predictive dialer, CTI app, CMS, IP telephony, etc.
? Manage telephony vendor relationship and troubleshooting resolution processes.
? Administer changes, moves and installations of call center and telephony technology solutions.
? Manage and administer CRM system applications.
? Manage all call center and telephony reports and data inventory, and provide reports to management.
? Manage and administer order and trouble ticket system.

30% Network Support & Administration
? Administer and manage network access and environment.
? Administer and manage data storage and application systems.
? Monitor and police network security.
? Investigate and reduce network problems.
? Fine tune network software and peripheral devices.
? Provide desktop application support, and troubleshoot and correct PC software and hardware problems.
? Troubleshoot and correct printer related problems.
? Install and provide maintenance of PC?s.
? Manage IT inventory.
? Support partner integration projects.

10% Application Support
? Maintenance and administration of Email and Domain.
? Manage and administer proprietary application activities, support and vendor relationship.
? Analyze application activity and troubleshoot problems.
? Act as liaison to users to assist in problem resolution of software and hardware.

5% Other Duties as Assigned

Experience/Education:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required.
