Field Service Representatives

A national consumer products company that sells to a number of retail chains including the Home Depot and JC Penney is looking for Field Service Representatives to promote and market its products to store associates. Positions are available in a number of locations throughout the country.

Job Description:
? The individuals will spend nearly all their time at stores and be required to work occasionally in the evenings and weekends, building relationships with the respective department?s store associates and providing product knowledge training.
? The service representatives will be making up their own work schedule (within certain guidelines) and interacting extensively with store associates therefore, they must have an outgoing personality and be patient and self motivated.
? We want a hands-on individual who is handy and able to undertake small repair tasks on displays.

Requirements:
? Experience in retail sales and/or service to department stores/mass merchants/home centers/DIY stores is a MUST.
? College degree is preferable but not necessary.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
? Since the individuals will be visiting stores daily, they must be willing to drive for long periods.
? Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
? The ability to lift about 15 to 20 lbs
