High quality printing company seeks Customer Service Representative to help out growing customer base and business. Position requires someone who is a self-starter with excellent communication as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills. At least three years of experience in the printing field is required. The person must be comfortable with resolving customer questions by involving the appropriate personnel in the organization. The person must be detail oriented, a team player and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be proficient with Work, Excel and Power Point, Hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
