Beverly - Roommate wanted

2 professional, responsible people seek same to share beautiful apartment in Beverly. Ocean views, gas stove, laundry in unit, fireplace, marble jacuzzi, lots of space, deck, storage in basement, a stone's throw to ocean, 10 minute walk train station, restaurants, 5 min drive to 128. tandem off street parking, and plenty of street parking. There is one room available for $550 plus 1/3 utilities (gas heat and stove, electric, cable, internet) which, according to the previous tenant's estimate, roughly comes to about $180.00 per month each (and that is during the coldest winter months). Looking to create a hassle-free, fun, and cooperative living space. Applicant must be mature, sane, fiscally responsible, quiet, and must like dogs and cats. My animals will mostly be on the third floor where my room is located. My dog is a 70 lb. 6 yr. old lab-mix who is very well socialized and I have two friendly cats as well.. Not looking for party animals, unemployed or morose individuals and you should have good credit and excellent references. 1st, last, and 1 month's rent as deposit needed to secure the room (the deposit can be paid in installments if absolutely necessary).
