-Exceptional sales Training background with direct correlation to ROI.
-Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
-Conduct needs assessments as necessary to determine the training requirements of customers, partners, and employees.
-Consult with leadership team to assess, design, and operationalize training initiatives that will impact the organization.
-Partner with management teams to monitor linkage between curriculum and associate performance. Ensure that learning translates into desired performance and incorporates understanding of job realities into learning design and implementation.
-Establish, build, and maintain collaborative relationships in the organization.
-Partner with department heads to create and advance learning agendas and training plans.
-Design courseware and job aids that meet business needs, align with competencies, and meet performance goals of client groups.
-Enhances the delivery of training by developing rapid e-Learning assets, user and trainer guides, slide presentations, multi-media tutorials and other instructional aides and materials, as appropriate
-Strategize and develop multi-platform approaches to deliver new and ongoing training needs with maximum impact and minimal work disruption.
-Create training/evaluation materials and platforms for effective customer service, new products roll outs, client relationship building, workflow enhancements, skills and job function training.
-Administer and monitor effectiveness/ROI of training programs.
