Let Holly Hill Haven be your home-away-from-home. We currently have our second and third floor units available in our owner-occupied home, located on a quiet dead-end street, 12 miles south of Boston in the BRAINTREE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT. Both units are tastefully furnished, comprised of 2 bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen. The second floor has 2 baths; the third floor has a bath spa with a jaccuzzi, as well as a fireplace and cantilever porch, overlooking our beautiful backyard. All furniture and furnishings are included, as are all large & small appliances: stove, microwave, fridge, D/W, garbage disposal, W&D, coffeepot, toaster oven, ceiling fans, etc. In each unit, there are 2 TV's. All utilities also included: heat, hot water, A/C, cable,.and Wi-Fi. There is on-site off-street parking. We are a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to the Quincy Adams T Station, or a 12-minute walk to the Braintree T Station, which includes Redline service and Commuter Rail.
