Title: Program Control Analyst 3 Location: Massachusetts-Burlington L-3 Communications, Aerospace Electronics is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support the Division's planning, budgeting, and cost/schedule performance measurement process on government and commercial programs. This Analyst will be part of a team handling several projects simultaneously, including both complex development efforts as well as large production-oriented programs. Due to the nature of our work this position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret level security clearance. Major Duties * Assists Cost Account Managers (CAMs) with initial planning and subsequent re-planning of task budgets and baselines. * Generates and processes program work authorization documents, time phased budgets and cost and schedule change control documentation. This includes reconciliation of summary and task level budgets, actual costs incurred, forecast dates and performance measurement data.
