Reporting to the Field Sr. Manager Marketing, the Marketing Specialists will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to drive profitable business results in the region. This position coordinates and executes marketing programs and events at the local level that will drive customer traffic into T-Mobile locations. He/she will work closely with the Area's Marketing Director, Local Go to Market, and T-Mobile's corporate office to ensure there's local brand awareness in Region of responsibility. The Marketing Specialist will provide ideas and feedback to the Sr. Manager of Marketing in order to grow the business from a grass roots approach by maximizing local market knowledge and competitive advantage. Other essential functions of the role include: · Create and develop and execute marketing programs and strategies that tie into corporate marketing initiatives in order to grow the Region's business presence.
