Benefiting: Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
Support police dogs at 'Hearts & Paws' K-9 Valentine fund raiser - Join Vested Interest in K-9s and 12-year-old Samantha Gagnon from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Especially for Pets, 95 Washington Street, Village Shoppes, Canton, MA, to "Open your heart and help protect a K-9." Samantha successfully raised funds in 2011 through nonprofit, Vested Interest in K-9s to outfit each of the three Fall River police dogs with bullet and stab protective vests. She will continue her mission to assist a hard working, dedicated police dog with a bullet and stab protective vest just in time for Valentine's Day. Her goal is to raise $1006 on Saturday, Feb. 11. To make a K-9 your valentine, stop by and meet several Massachusetts police K-9 teams who will be visiting Especially for Pets at 1pm and join the festivities.
