The 319-bed regional health care system includes Framingham Union Hospital, Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick and the MetroWest Wellness Center. We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN forthe positionofClinical Coordinator to supervise the daily operations of the outpatient Cancer Center. Under general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Coordinator assists in coordinating the work flow of the unit. Ensures quality and safe delivery of care to patients in the following age groups: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Management: Manages the clinical practice of the unit according to established standards of care and Hospital policies and procedures. Maintains staffing patterns and assumes responsibility for scheduling. Performs duties of staff nurse as needed.
