We are seekingan experienced RN with critical care experience for the position of Assistant Nurse Manager for our ICU Departmentat Framingham Union Hospital. GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Nursing Director, assists in coordinating the work flow of the ICU unit. Ensures quality and safe delivery of care to patients. Responsible for staffing, payroll and other duties as assigned. Great interpersonal skills required. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Management Manages the clinical practice of the unit according to established standards of care and Hospital policies and procedures.
