Experienced Gardening Supervisor Wanted

One of MetroWest Boston’s leading Horticultural Services and Fine Gardening companies is searching for experienced gardeners with a passion for horticulture to join our team and assist us in managing beautiful gardens.

Rehl Gardens, Inc. offers design, installation and maintenance of fine gardens as well as providing spectacular decorative planters. Role:
- Provide expertise and management of a small crew in ongoing perennial and garden maintenance, plantings, fertilization, insect and disease management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through meticulous management of client properties and clear communications with clients and staff.

Experience:
- Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of perennial plant material.
- Knowledge of proper pruning practices.
- Experience working on residential landscapes is preferred.
- Crew management is a plus.

Requirements:
- Valid license and reliable transportation.
- Reliable email access.
- Strength, good physical condition. Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
