Type:-- Full Time More information about this job: Responsibilities: Prepare documentation and contracts for signature Prioritize and monitor status of contracts in signers queue Visit executives to obtain authorized signatures Scan, save and distribute contracts to Legal Assistant Update the Contract Audit log in Excel Mail originals to customer---s, as requested Inventory and box contracts, on a quarterly basis, to be sent off-site Respond to questions and requisitions from sales force Qualifications: Paralegal certificate preferred. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
